first place of charts with his track
"Hot Boy". But glory never comes by
itself, and it’s near his studio in
Manhattan on yesterday evening that
the rapper has been arrested by the
police for drug possession.
Bobby Shmurda , 19, was present in
his recording studio near Time
Square in New York with several
friends, among them his GS9’s team.
While leaving the studio with his car,
the rapper has been arrested near
Brooklyn, and it seems that the case
won’t be only for drug possession,
because the police would have found
over 16 handguns in the studio.
He and his GS9 friends were all
arrested, of whom his producer Sha
Money (famous for his work with 50
Cent). The affair will be treated next
Tuesday by the Supreme Court of
Manhattan. This arrest is the fruit of
a long-term investigation declared
the police of New York.
Bobby Shmurda is known to have
popularized his dance the "Shmoney
Dance". The clip for “Hot Boy” has
been viewed more than 30 million
times on YouTube. The unruly child
has already been arrested for
weapons detention last June, which
should not be in his favor. He
declared at that time: " my music is
straight facts. There are a lot of
gangsters in my hood".
