Police officers finally arrested a group of
women who lured and robbed dozens of men
in Cancun, Mexico.
The group of six young women, known as the
“Honey Trap Gang”, eleborated a plan of attack
that did not let them down for a long time as
confused men chose not to report the crime to
the police.
One of the key members of the gang, Maria
Sierra, targeted the unsuspecting victims, flirted
with them and allured to a secluded spot. Once
in place another woman Yesenia Lara, who is a
weightlifter, knocked the men out while
others stole their wallets, mobile phones and
other valuables.
A police spokesman said: “The people may have
been cautious when going off with the young
woman, but they were not suspicious when they
walked past the other women as they just didn’t
expect that females would attack them.”
The gang were finally caught when they robbed a
tourist who was not too afraid to call the cops
and he gave them clear descriptions of the
criminals. At the moment the exact number of
victims is unknown as the investigation
continues.
